  • Once you receive approval email, mail in your completed 2026 vendor application and entry fee to

    APHN P.O. Box 2248 Natchitoches, La 71457

  • Confirmation email will be sent once application and payment is received

    • Please follow up if you do not receive (email listed above)

      Please note:

  • Handcrafted merchandise will need to be approved via photos BEFORE acceptance to the festival and acceptance of payment. All merchandise must be handcrafted by you. Trademarked and copyrighted material will not be allowed.

  • Due to our festival being rescheduled because of severe weather conditions, you may still fill out the vendor application we have listed here and once received, we will change the dates to reflect the knew one once set. A new application will be posted when available.
